Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days from receipt of the package (this only applies to customers within the European Union). Please note that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods.
1. Fill in the returns form provided with your package according to the instructions and enclose it with your goods.
2. Please return the item(s) complete and in the original packaging. Make sure the packaging is complete and secure to avoid damage in transit.
3. Send the package back with a shipping service provider of your choice. We recommend shipping as an insured package with tracking information. Please keep the shipping receipt with tracking number. On request, we are happy to send you a prepaid DHL return label in a separate email. Please contact our service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. For the use of the return label we charge a flat rate depending on country. The use of our return label is not necessary for an effective return.

We will refund the amount according to your original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return. Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take longer for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
