Questions Regarding the Store
You can check the availability of the item directly on product page. To do so, select the desired size and variant on the product page. The current availability will be displayed. If an item is not available, you can use our notification function to be informed by email as soon as the desired item is available again.

The "Account" menu point or the account icon in the site header will take you directly to the login for your personal user account. Here you can view or change your data.
Our service team can delete your user account at any time. To do this, please send an e-mail including your personal information to firstname.lastname@example.org.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can make changes. To do so, please contact the MiaCara Service Team either in writing by email (email@example.com) or by telephone from Mon.-Fri. 8:30 - 17:30 on +49 (0)132 7917409.
You can check the current status of your order at any time either via the link in your order confirmation or the link in your shipping confirmation, as well as through your customer account.
If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the package (this only applies to customers within the European Union). Please note that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods. Our full terms and conditions can be found here.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return in accordance with our cancellation policy.
We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take longer for the amount to be credited to your account.
Please report any transport damage immediately so that we can resolve it with the transport service provider. Please send us a description of the damage, as well as photos of the damage, the damaged box and the shipping label to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please send an e-mail stating your order or invoice number and a description of the problem together with the item no. of the product to the MiaCara service team at email@example.com. We will get in touch with you immediately.
